Description
CareDx, Inc. develops and commercializes diagnostic tests and software for transplant patients and clinicians, including donor-derived cell-free DNA and gene-expression assays for surveillance of kidney, heart and lung allografts as well as high-resolution HLA typing, chimerism testing and transplant management tools. The company markets its offerings directly and through distributors and maintains licensing arrangements with partners such as Illumina and Cibiltech. Founded in 1998 and headquartered in South San Francisco, CareDx changed its name from XDx in 2014.
