AI Summary
EPAC's investment case has shifted from a discounted, cash-generative industrial to a leveraged acquisition-execution story: upside depends on successfully integrating SFE and preserving strong margins and free cash flow, while slowing 1%â2% organic growth and leverage rising to roughly 2.8x leave limited room for setbacks. Investors should wait for evidence of organic stabilization, SFE accretion, and deleveraging before underwriting the apparent valuation discount.
