AI Summary
STLD is a high-quality, well-capitalized industrial rather than a simple cheap steel cyclical, but its elevated valuation already prices in a sharp earnings recovery—making durable margins and cash conversion, especially amid rising inventory/receivables and the aluminum ramp, the critical proof points; favor shares only if it clears $247–$250 with improving free cash flow, while a break below $232 signals rising cyclical downside.
