Webster Financial Corporation is the bank holding company for Webster Bank, N.A., providing banking, investment and related financial services to individual and business clients across the United States. As of December 31, 2021, Webster maintained 130 branches and 251 ATMs; it was founded in 1935 and is headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut.
