Fundamental Analysis
Key Financial Insights: ⢠High margins ⢠Weak FCF ⢠Debt-heavy balance WCC delivers strong operating profitability and healthy short-term liquidity but is materially weakened by high leverage, poor free-cash-flow conversion, and large intangibles that increase balance-sheet risk.
Price Behavior
Key Price Behavior Insights: ⢠Below last month SMA ⢠Oversold momentum ⢠Clear support band Support Level: $264â$268 Resistance Level: $293â$307 Price trades below its last month SMA with RSI ~28 (oversold), support near $264â$268 as the bearish fail point, and resistance around $293â$307/$300âso a mean-reversion rally is possible if price reclaims the SMA.
Sentiment & News
Key News Insights: ⢠Data-center strength ⢠EPS miss ⢠Debt refinancing Wesco reported record Q4 and full-year sales driven by strong data-center demand and backlog, but missed Q4 EPS, announced a CFO transition and insider sales, refinanced $1.5B of debt and reaffirmed shareholder returns.
AI Summary
WESCO's re-rating hinges on materially improved cash conversionâmanagement's 2026 FCF target ($500â$800m) is the single make-or-break catalyst, so investors should require corroborating Q1âQ2 2026 cash-flow prints and a stabilizing working-capital trend before paying a growth premium for dataâcenter and electrification exposure.
