AI Summary
Ondas has evolved into a high-upside defense-platform roll-up with substantial backlog and liquidity, but the investment hinges on proving that its heavily back-end-loaded revenue guidance converts into profitable cash flow before acquisition integration costs, cash burn, and rapid dilution erode per-share value. Investors should treat upcoming quarterly backlog conversion, EBITDA improvement, and share-count disciplineânot new order announcementsâas the decisive validation points.
